Delete your WRHC Community account

This page allows users of the WRHC Community app to request deletion of their account and associated personal information without reinstalling or signing into the app.

What happens after a request

1. WRHC acknowledges the request without confirming publicly whether an account exists.
2. We contact you using the submitted email address if identity verification is required.
3. After verification, we disable and delete the account and delete or de-identify associated information that is no longer required.
4. We normally complete a verified request within 30 calendar days, unless additional time or retention is reasonably required by law.

Information deleted

Subject to verification and lawful retention requirements, deletion includes the account profile, authentication access, optional preferences, registered notification tokens and user-submitted content that is not required for another legitimate purpose.

Information that may be retained

WRHC may retain limited order, donation, payment verification, fundraising, finance, audit, fraud-prevention or security records where required for legal, accounting, safeguarding, dispute-resolution or regulatory purposes. Retained records will be protected, used only for the applicable purpose and de-identified where reasonably possible. Deleting an account does not reverse a completed payment or donation.
